Our process for creating your website is straightforward. After purchasing your plan you can expect the following:
Step 1: An initial call to discuss your needs and preferences. Here we will ask you to give us examples of websites you like/don't like, talk about what you want from your website, answer your questions, and have you send us any content you already have (ie. images, text, logo, fonts, etc)
Step 2: Next we get to work on designing your new website. Once we have an initial draft of your website, we will book a follow up call where we will show you the initial designs and get your feedback before continuing.
Step 3: After we have your approval for the initial draft, we will continue working on the design and make any changes you have requested.
Step 4: We will finish up a second draft of your website to present to you, and can book another call to go through the website together if needed.
Step 5: From here you can revise your site up to two times at no additional cost. Any extra revision work beyond that will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Step 6: Once you give the green light on the final design, we will finish getting your website live (ie. connecting your payment processor, domain name, web hosting, etc), and then your website is all ready for us to go through the hand off process. Here we can give you instructions on how to make basic changes to content so that you have more control over managing your website, or you can purchase a website maintenance plan to have us manage your site.
***Please note you are under no obligation to work with us on a ongoing basis after completing your order - the website is yours and we want you to have the flexibility of working with another design agency or doing the work yourself if desired.
